Skin I'm In

New power animal is a snake now. Had an encounter with a coral a month ago and she was letting me know it. Came up to my foot and said hello. Then she went back to her nest. Most of these creatures don't actually do this, as they are actually very scared of humans. I was told this was very remarkable, oh, and also a warning. I'm just happy not be a turtle/honey badger anymore. I love that my new hidden power is shedding my skin!

Note to self: have to keep reminding myself that there is no safety net, no nothing. I might be the safety for my kids and husband but that by no means does it imply any reciprocity...

life changing events often come together. they are never isolated.
they shower you with anxiety and fear and yes hope.
the hope that things cannot get worse, but it's then than they do and things pass.
im still waiting for the storm to blow over, but im ready.
